Refund Policy

Due to the nature of author-signed copies, all sales made through this website are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds or replacements may be provided under the following conditions:

• The book arrives damaged during shipping

• The wrong product is delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange either:

• A replacement copy, or

• A refund to the original payment method.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the book has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
